With a calm presence and intuitive touch, she offers a space where you can slow down, exhale, and receive. Her sessions are gentle yet deeply restorative, supporting the body to relax, reset, and return to balance. Combining light, rhythmic touch with the use of high-quality essential oils. It is designed to support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, immune support, improved circulation, and overall wellbeing and balance. AromaTouch is non-invasive, incredibly soothing, and suitable for those feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, tense, or in need of rest and reconnection.
Each session is held with care, intention, and respect for the body’s natural ability to heal when it feels safe AromaTouch is not a massage; touch is light and intentional, working with the nervous system rather than deep tissue. Anna also includes system regulation on feet, doing a foot soak before the healing session begins.

Alongside her consulting practice, Sheila has been running astrology classes and workshops for over 10 years.
